A Brighter Tomorrow

Last week I attended the Brighter Tomorrow Conference co-sponsored by the Ville de Montréal and Hydro Québec. 70 municipal electric engineers, lighting engineers and project leaders from more than 20 municipalities across the province of Quebec attended the conference.
