Lighting regions near the Polar Circle, which are subject to atypical sunshine periods – either very long or very short – represents quite a challenge. For this reason, the CLU Foundation has chosen the lighting of polar communities for this year’s contest, entitled L I G H T I T U D E – Lighting urban areas above the polar circle.
