Inspired by Nature
The UrbanStar design was inspired by nature. The form is reminiscent of a Calla Lily, one of the most elegant and majestic of flowers. But don’t be fooled because underneath that beauty is leading-edge LED technology.
Comfortable Lighting
This LED post-top luminaire was created for residential neighborhoods, urban parks, building entryway, pedestrian pathways and seaside areas. It has been specially designed so that the LED optics provides high quality, uniform light distribution. Its’ translucent cone delivers a soft and diffused light.
Powered by the Philips LEDgine platform, UrbanStar is a highly efficient LED luminaire, which enables a significant reduction in energy consumption compared to Philips Lumec’s Contemporary Lantern (L80).
